    Hey, Carly! How are you?
I just found out about your blog, and I loved some of your posts i read. It would be perfect if I could translate them to portuguese and publish them in a website that i write for.

Is it ok to you? Of course I would be refer you as the original source.

    Please, write me back :)

Hi Heloisa, thanks so much for your kind words about my posts. I’d be happy for you to translate up to one paragraph of my text and share up to 2 of my original photos on the site you write for, as long as you provide a link to my original tutorial. Unfortunately I would not be okay with you translating the entire tutorial of mine. People can use Google translate on my site to view it in Portugese or whatever language they want, and if you publish exactly the same content on your site, Portugese speakers would have absolutely no reason to visit my site. It would result in a loss of traffic for my original work, and duplicate content on the web (which Google could penalize me for in its search engine). Please do not publish any of my tutorials in full and restrict your translation to a single paragraph of text, 2 photos, and a link to the original source. Thank you so much for your understanding!
